You can learn how Microsoft Power BI can make a real impact in your organisation.
This brand–new session will provide you and your colleagues with:
- An informative introduction to the benefits of Microsoft Power BI.
It will show you exactly how this business analytics solution can bring together, organise and manipulate data from different sources across your organisation. - We will show you how to take key data insights you attain and turn them into easy to digest visualisations, dashboards and reports, that can be shared with your colleagues, your business and beyond.
During our 1 hour workshop – we will take you through the story telling journey of business intelligence visualisation:
Data Creation & Preparation
- We will firstly explore the importance of data creation and preparation, using real life examples and reference different use case scenarios.
- We will demonstrate how you can pull data together from various sources, including spreadsheets, applications (even non-Microsoft apps) and websites – anywhere that you have tabular data stored, and wish to analyse.
- We will also cover the preparation and filtering of this data – cleaning your data, quickly and easily, so it is meaningful and focussed.
Visualisation
- You will discover how to take your focussed data sets and turn them into a multitude of easy-to-understand report visualisations.
- These reports can then be combined into fully interactive and immersive dashboards, allowing users to expand or filter information at the click of a button.
Collaboration & Sharing
- Finally, we demonstrate how the reports and the dashboards you create, can be shared with your colleagues across the organisation, surfaced within Microsoft Teams, or embedded into your SharePoint intranet.
- Throughout each stage of this live workshop, we will build out actual scenarios, using data from different sources – showing the creation process from start to finish.
- Our sessions are designed to be interactive. We welcome your questions and encourage you to share your own business challenges – so that we can help you get started with your own Power BI journey.
At Utilize, we have customers from many different industries and sectors – the technology adoption challenges we help their businesses overcome, are varied, and we hope to be able to share some of these insights with you.
